BIKES & SCOOTERS: LANDING PAGE AND USER JOURNEY
Improving people’s lives with the world’s best transportation calls for more than just cars — that’s why Lyft added scooters and bicycles to the family.
I was tasked with setting the foundation for a geo-specific suite of bike, ebike, and scooter emails, SMS, push notifications, and landing pages to ease Lyft users into the wild west that is electric scooter and bike share. These templates needed to be flexible to accommodate a wide variety of circumstances — hinging on anything from city policies to launch locations.
One fun (well, fun for me) fact? Our Santa Monica launch email alone drove a 15.5% increase in scooter rides per exposed user.
